LVL: Best for interior structural uses where strength and stability are crucial, like beams and load-bearing walls where lead times can be planned.
Pressure-treated yellow Pine: This product is suitable for outdoor or moisture-prone environments where resistance to decay and insects is important, such as decks and fences, and immediate availability is required.
Termite Protection: H2S glue line treatment provides consistent termite protection across the entire cross-section.
Nail Plate Compatibility: Offers excellent nail plate tooth capacity (refer to your nail plate supplier for specific data).
Joint Strength: JD4-rated for nails, screws, and bolts, ensuring strong connections.

SMART Joist
A high-performance I-Joist with LVL flanges and a durable OSB web. It comes in various heights (7-7/8” to 15-3/4”) and features a 10-1/6” Wet Area Set-Down joist for complete flooring solutions. The design includes 1-9/16” knock-out holes at 18” centers for easy wiring, with larger holes available if needed. Engineered for heavy-duty use, SMART Joist combines ultrasonically graded LVL with an OSB web for consistent strength and termite protection.

SMART Ply is a marine-grade plywood crafted from 100% Larch.
